| What is Secure Messaging?
Secure Messaging allows you to communicate with us via a secure server when you would like to request an appointment, a routine prescription refill, or to get a routine question answered. Please be sure to call with any immediate needs. To begin communicating with us via Secure Messaging, you must have registered with our practice via iHealth. If you have not yet registered, click on the "New User" link in the Patient Login box on your provider's home page (click on "Home Page" to the left of this screen). Just click the link and then fill in the short list of required fields on the form that opens. Required fields are noted with an asterisk (*) next to the field name. When you have completed filling in all of the required fields, click the "Send Registration" button at the bottom of the page. You will need to have a valid email address so that we can let you know if you have a new message.
Once our office has reviewed your registration, you will receive a message welcoming you to iHealth with a link to my iHealth page. By clicking the link, logging into iHealth, and accepting the terms of service, you can then go to your Message Center and see what message types you can use to communicate with us. Please note that you will not be able to securely message with our office until you receive the welcome message from our office with the link to the iHealth page, which may take up to 48 business hours.
